I love small batch gins and was really pleased to come across one from my part of Scotland. I bought a couple of bottles to try it and was really impressed - delivery was quick and the gin was excellent - I really liked the idea of the seasalt that they use in the recipe. I made a few standard G&Ts first (FeverTree tonic, obviously), and then decided to experiment with a few of the cocktails they mentioned on the website and they were a lot of fun.
